Hare at Creative Home Financing, we have a vision to ultimately raise the number of lower income and minority homeowners in the United States. By using government programs, we can get lower to middle income minority families the assistant that they need to realize the American Dream. With these government programs as a tool at our disposal, we can take a very direct marketing approach to reach the millions of African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, and any other minority groups that qualifies under government procedures. We plan on reaching the masses of the inner cities. Once people are excited about home ownership, we can lead them into the right direction, and educate them on the importance of good financial management.
We also intend on empowering woman, particularly the single mothers who want to realize the dream of home ownership, at like hundreds of thousands of families, simply do not have the money for the down payment and closing costs. If we directly influence that portion of their economic situation, we can literally help raise the standard of living of an entire populace through programs that have been mandated for just that purpose and the monies just go to waste year after year. Our vision is to help lower income families realize the dream of owning their own home, and ease them through the process of equity building and wealth management
